Jimmy was gone during the week, so we didn't get to celebrate on his actual birthday. Then he took the boys skiing on Saturday, so we celebrated when they got back. OK, I'm not a whimp or anything. I just think my core body temperature should hover somewhere above 50 degrees.
Today I was washing the vehicles in our driveway and had to wipe off ice within a few minutes of hosing down a side. ICE, I said. That is a car washing first for me. This was after soaking the hose in a tub of hot water to unclog the ice inside.
I'm beginning to think bears have the right idea, hibernating from Nov to April.
